Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened water filters, portable toilets, gas equipment).
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@camperquip.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the return of the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
